- These website terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale and delivery of goods and services and the use of this website and may change occasionally without notice.
- These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person accessing or using this Website, including each user who registers by clicking on the “Register Now” or “Sign up” button on the Website, whichever may be applicable.
- By using this website, either as a registered user or by ordering a product from this website, the customer (“you”, “your” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. - Carpet and Décor have partnered with PayFast, a leading online payment processor, to ensure that your shopping experience is secure and effortless.
- PayFast is PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant and has a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
- Furthermore, PayFast use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption, which is the highest level of encryption available, in addition to 3D secure, two-factor authentication, GEO IP tracking, validation checks, BIN/IIN validation and web application firewall to ensure that your online payment is as secure as possible.
- Carpet and Décor also accept payment by way of direct electronic transfers (“EFT”). You will be provided with the option to pay using PayFast or by way of direct EFT at checkout.
- Should you elect to utilise the EFT payment option we will not be held responsible for any error made by you when entering our bank account details when effecting the EFT payment. In such an event, we will also not be liable to provide you with any goods for which you erroneously or negligently made an EFT payment to an incorrect account.
- We require that you furnish us with proof of payment of the EFT payment via email and we reserve our right to, in certain instances, wait for the payment to reflect in our account before processing your order.
