I just wanted to send an email to commend Thomas and your team on the professional service we received. Thomas was very friendly and very organized. He communicated with us well and always kept us in the loop.
Once we confirmed we were going ahead, he arranged straight away for the carpets to be fitted and followed up afterwards to check all was in order.
The guys who came to fit were also very lovely and so professional.
Overall it was such a great and pleasant experience and something we dont often get these days so I wanted to say a massive thank you to Thomas and the team.

Not only would I like to thank Reggie, but the whole team who was working at my house.
They were all friendly and professional. Small things impresses me. They had to put a small strip in between a carpet and a tile floor and the workers made all kind of plans not to damage the tiles.
Most contractors just want to get the job done, but your guys didn't waste time when working, but they didn't mind to spend time to make sure it's done on the best possible way.
